Hometown Auto Rescue isn't a massive corporation; it’s a family business. Owned and operated by Shayne Nichols and Reatha Nichols, we believe in "Neighborly Service at Neighborly Prices."

Operating out of our high-efficiency Toyota Prius, we’ve optimized our business to keep overhead low so we can pass those savings on to you. When you call us, you aren't talking to a dispatcher—you're talking to the people who will be showing up to help you.

Our Commitment to Safety: Most calls are handled together as a husband-and-wife team. While one of us is working with the vehicle, the other can help monitor traffic, surroundings, communication, and equipment, providing a safer and more personal roadside experience.
